Sachbearbeiter Vertrieb (m,w,d)

We are a success-oriented, dynamic company in the field of import and wholesale and have been successfully established on the market for more than 20 years. We focus on the procurement and trade of non-food items, mainly from China, and distribute these nationwide and in other European countries.

 

Your tasks:

  • Operational handling of import processes (sea and air freight)

  • Communication with international suppliers, freight forwarders and customs authorities

  • Preparation, review and management of import and customs documents

  • Processing of certificates (e.g. certificates of origin, certificates of conformity)

  • Organisation and evaluation of tests and test reports in cooperation with external service providers

  • Monitoring deadlines and ensuring smooth availability of goods

  • Support in price negotiations and supplier selection

  • Close cooperation with purchasing, logistics and sales

 

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a freight forwarding agent, industrial clerk or comparable qualification

  • Professional experience in import/export, purchasing or freight forwarding desirable, ideally experience in the import of non-food items

  • Good knowledge of customs and foreign trade law an advantage

  • Confident use of MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage

  • Good written and spoken German and English

  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
