The most important tasks | Your job:

• Support the operational Key Account Manager administratively

• Creating offers and presentations for our major customers

• Order processing

• Independent completion of all classic administrative and organizational office tasks

• Calculation, preparation and subsequent calculation of offers, contracts and tenders

• Manage, mark, archive, check and send samples

• Preparing and following up on trade fairs

• Planning and implementing seasonal assortments

What you bring with you | Your profile:

• A completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk or office clerk (m,f,d)

• Organizational talent with high assertiveness

• Confident and fast use of common PC applications (e.g. MS Office etc.)

• Absolute team player with high commitment, flexibility

• A friendly and professional demeanor towards customers and business partners is at the top of your list

• Independent, structured and customer-oriented work as well as a high level of motivation, willingness to learn and sociability complete your profile
